If a product offered by www.galactica-uniforms.com itself is not as described or as ordered, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a replacement at no extra charge. Under no circumstances would a refund request (as these are tailor made products), be it for a partial refund or a full refund, be entertained by www.galactica-uniforms.com. In rare occasions, should a fabric ordered be out of stock you agree that a fabric of similar weight, material and color may be substituted at the discretion of www.galactica-uniforms.com (with your approval).

 

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ORDER PLACEMENT, CONDITIONS, REFUNDS AND OTHER ISSUES

Use of this website implies that all the terms and conditions in regards to orders placed, order placement and other issues concerning orders, as outlined in the FAQ sections of our website have been accepted and agreed to. It is understood that an order, once it has been submitted and subsequently processed, cannot be cancelled. Should it under some circumstances, be agreed by www.galactica-uniforms.com to cancel an order, cancellation charges and fees as there might be, would be deducted from the submitted payment before a refund is issued or a charge back made to the card used for payment submission. Such charges and fees as there might be, are clearly displayed in the appropriate sections of the FAQ pages of this site.

 

Should after an order be placed (and only after construction of the uniform has commenced, and there be need to make changes to the order (i.e., customer would like a different colour of piping), be it changes to colours, fabrics, styles, sizes or any other aspect, www.galactica-uniforms.comreserves the right to charge additional fees and incidental charges dependant on the level and depth of such changes as ascertained by galactica-uniforms.com. It is accepted that all such charges will be duly ascertained by www.galactica-uniforms.com and charged to the order account as necessary prior to incorporating such changes to the items in the order. www.galactica-uniforms.com however will try its best to keep such charges as low as possible depending on the level of changes required to an order already placed.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ORDER SHIPMENTS AND DISPATCH

It is understood that all Shipments of orders are made by international couriers though multiple orders may be consolidated into one shipment or single large orders may be split into more than one shipment at the discretion of galactica-uniforms.com While www.galactica-uniforms.com does allow shoppers to indicate their preference of couriers to be used, it is understood that compliance with the indicated preferences is solely at the discretion of galactica-uniforms.com. While www.galactica-uniforms.com will try to use its knowledge and experience to decide on the right carrier, www.galactica-uniforms.com is held free of liability of any kind should there be a loss of any kind after an order has left www.galactica-uniforms.com premises (this would then be a matter of insurance for the package, and there would then be the time that would be needed for reconstruction of your garment) .

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DEADLINES AND DELIVERIES.

It is understood that turnaround and dispatch of the orders placed at www.galactica-uniforms.commay vary from time to time depending on current order volumes, work schedules, fabric availability or a particular characteristic of the order placed. www.galactica-uniforms.com will try its best to comply with the average turnaround of 7 to 10 working days. It is also understood that priority orders will be processed before standard orders. Should in the extremely rare case, there be a delay in the dispatch of a priority order, www.galactica-uniforms.com will be held free of all liability.

While, it is understood that it may take 2 to 6 working days for a carrier to deliver an order after it has left the premises, it is also understood that it may take more or less than 2 to 6 working days for actual delivery to take place. Such delays may be due to situations, events, circumstances beyond control such as recipient not being available to accept delivery, delays in transportation, acts of nature, human error, mechanical or technical errors and faults or due customs clearance procedures and/or schedules at the country of delivery. It is therefore and in such cases understood that www.galactica-uniforms.com will be held free of all liability.

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms of Use at any time.
