The best results are obtained if you wear a T-shirt and track pants. Take your measurements to the nearest half centimeter (quarter inch), and then enter them in the table on page two of the Word document.

Follow the instructions you will find in the forms below (make sure you choose the correct version metric or inch units), and enter the measurements on the order page of this website (Galactica Uniforms).

1. Right mouse click on the "How to Measure" form link (metric or inch) below.
2. Select the “Save target as” option (or open depending on your browser).
3. (In the dialog box that opens select “My documents” or “desktop” in the “Save in” field).
4. Click the "Save" button.
5. Navigate to where you saved the form and double click to open.
6. Print a copy (optional) of the form as a reference to use when measuring.
7. Measure according to the instructions, writing the measurements into the fields on the printed copy (or you can of course do this on your computer screen).
8. Once complete, enter the measurements into the form on the order page of Galactica Uniforms.
9. When finished press send to submit the form.
10. This will then leave you to the order page.
11. Fill in your details for payment.
